Cinnamon rolls are available on FRIDAYS only at this time. Preorders for the cinnamon rolls are due by 10am on Thursdays for Friday pickups/shipping. The dough for all of the orders is made Thursday evening, and they are all baked Friday morning/afternoon. For this reason, pickups for cinnamon rolls (and anything else you had in the same order), are available for pickup after 4:30pm.
Go to the “Shop” tab and locate the products you would like. Add them to your cart and go to checkout. Choose how you would like to receive your products, and how you would like to pay. Don’t forget to submit the order!
In the site menu, you will find a link to the “Product Ingredients” page. Here, you will find the ingredients in my products. This page is still in the works, so not all products are listed, but they will be! Keep checking back or shoot me a message.
This depends on several factors.
I fill orders in the order they get placed. Typically, I like to fill an order within one to two days. But if you placed a large order, or an order with many kinds of products, it will take longer. Also, if I already have several orders ahead of you, it will take longer.
Please be patient, and remember I am the only baker and I only have one residential oven. I also have limited working hours, as I’m working around my two children’s schedules.
If you need your order by a specific date, please include that in special instructions. If I cannot accommodate your requested date, I will contact you.
Same-day orders are nearly impossible for me to accommodate, as everything is made fresh to order. I do not have anything pre-made awaiting purchase, except when I had extras of something from another order (i.e. An order for one dozen cookies, but the batch made two dozen), in which case I will post those extras for sale on the Cookie Cutters Facebook page.
The email likely went to your junk/spam folder. It appears that often, especially with first time customers, these emails are going there. Always check this folder if you’ve recently placed an order and did not receive an email. Then try adding the email contact to your contacts so that it doesn’t happen in the future.
I always recommend including a phone number with your order, so that if I do not hear from you regarding your pickup, I can text you to make sure you know about it!
