Please Note:

I have dedicated gluten-free kitchen and equipment (mixer, utensils, decorating tools, cookie sheets, cooling racks, storage, etc.), though the goods are made in a facility (home bakery) that does have bread products. The bread products are not used or stored in the kitchen, and there is NO loose flour in the house, as there is no non-GF baking or cooking in the house even for family. Any surfaces used are thoroughly cleaned before and after use, regardless.
