How We Work
Weekly menus roll out on Thursdays, and ordering needs to be done by midnight on Sundays.
Pickup/delivery/shipping will be Tuesdays-Fridays during my open business hours those days. Special arrangements may be possible for times.
**Please note, there is a $20 order minimum for local delivery, and a delivery fee does apply.

History
The Journey
My journey into gluten-free baking began around 2016, I think it was. Prior to this, I baked delicious gluten-filled cookies, cakes and pies for family. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2008, and after several years of different medications, vitamin supplements, and my own research into the disease, I decided to go gluten-free. A neurologist later suggested I go gluten-free if I hadn’t already, because gluten is inflammatory, and, without boring you with MS details, avoiding inflammatory things has proven to be beneficial.
Much to my dismay, most of the available gluten-free baked goods I could find were - less than desirable. I have a massive sweet tooth, and I missed GOOD cookies and cakes! The fact that I used to bake before my diagnosis was both killing me and motivating me to learn to bake gluten-free.
So here I am. Bringing you what I’ve learned over the last several years, paired with my more than a decade of decorating experience.
